Positives: Location is near I-26, grocery store, Dollar General, Wal-Mart, gas and several places to shop Negative: Rent increased and before lease was up I was required to sign new lease for 'discount rate'. What discount?! Some of the residents in the B building seem to have no regard for the fact that other people live here and are often in the parking lot late at night (after midnight) talking loudly or arguing. Pool on Georgetown side was filled in with dirt

Poor Staff Interactions

I have lived here for about 10 months. There has been at least three different property managers already. Communication is less than ideal. We are not told in advance of maintenance far enough in advance to prepare properly. The thing that makes me most upset is that the manager level staff treat you like just a number. They don't care for your concerns and will become impatient while not listening to your concerns. The facilities also are not meant for your use. The hours are basically 9-5, so if you have a full time job, don't expect to be able to use them.
