Overall Very Good

On the above: Amenities: The location and layout of the building means that, by necessity, no further amenities are able to be added. Honestly not an issue for me, but it does not have a ton by way of amenities. Value: See above on amenities. I also cannot for the life of me understand what the security and insurance fees are for. There is never any physical security presence at our building. I know the emergency phone systems on each floor cost money each month, but not that much money. Insurance, again, why are we directly subsidizing insurance for our landlord? I still have to carry my renter's insurance, the policy I am paying a fee for does not cover an ounce of my loss. If you want to sell me a BS policy, at least have that policy make my renter's insurance unnecessary. These two items, to me, are the primary reason I would want to move. Location: Not in apartment's control, will improve as downtown continues to grow and redevelop. Noise: Nothing you can control, outside area is just loud at night. All residents in the building are great. Lastly, and this is my biggest complaint, the dog poop all over the parking lot. I understand you have provided bags, and I appreciate that, but clearly folks in the building are not using them. Not sure what the solution is, but it is crazy.
