Great Place to Live

I have Lived Here for 7 years, Great place to live. Staff is very nice and friendly. Amenities are great. We have had Christmas Parties, Halloween Parties, Etc., put on by the staff here.

Great Place to live

The staff is great. They do whatever they can to make things better. I have never seen people so dedicated. They really do care about you and the property. It's a great place to live. The bonus part. You are right next to everything. I love it here.

Great New Property Management

Moved here last june .....thanks to new property manager decided to renew my lease. Others on my lease did walk thru last year OMG disgusting...never should have accepted property in the condition it was in...anyhow they did i was out of town.....seriously disgusting.....my new property manager has been unbelievable and I see great changes in this lovely community...........based on its location has loads of promise for a great place to live and enjoy all that north myrtle beach has to offer!!!!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!! Of course my ratings would have been all 1 if there was not a new proiperty manager!!!!!!!!

My safe Haven

I have lived here going on three years and was a little concerned about living in a complex i had never lived in one i have a fourth floor two bedroom two bath and im so pleased nice vaulted ceilings and very quiet and safe feeling. Everyone looks out for each other the entire staff so helpful and pleasant with such professionalism if you have requests or concerns the entire staff is very attentive and reassurring. The Complex is kept clean and the ameneties are WONDERFUL!!! The pool atea is really nice and the location so close to the beach and shopping is easy. I have no problem calling this home. Thank you Ms Carolyn and staff for all you do it is greatly appreciated.
