Moved in a few months ago! Everything is great, the community center, the gym, the amenities, but recently trash is being stacked up at the front doors, no one cares to maintain the walkways of the individual floors, people are not following instructions to leave trash in the bins and the management should do something about it.

Love Botanic ??

I've been living here for over a year and I love it. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The maintenance staff is quick with any issues I may have, which have been very few. I love living here and love my apartment very much. The Botanic is a wonderful place to live.

Beautiful facilities, terribly maintained

The facilities are gorgeous and amazing but they are extremely neglected. Stairways and hallways have never been cleaned, the elevators reek of urine, the garbage disposal rooms are horribly filthy with stained floors leading up to the rancid smelling rooms. The property is also littered in dog urine and feces.
