New to the area, but seems like we found a great place to get acquinted with Mount Pleasant.

1 bedroom apartment is very tiny and the kitchen doesn’t have enough storage
Great location, run down apartments
Love the location! Super safe and convenient area. The apartments themselves are pretty dingy on the interior, the ameneities are not well cared for, and we've had issues with mold. Good value overall, but definitely not without major issues.
Really Solid
Lived here for about a year now, has been mostly a very positive experience! Apart from some routine maintenance necessities The Watch has been fantastic to live at. The grounds are beautiful, pool is really nice, and gym is solid. Great value for what you're getting in a town that can be pretty expensive!
