A Great Place to Live

We've lived at the Grove for 4.5 months to date and we love it. Very well maintained, caring and friendly staff, great amenities, good location, and it's new and modern. I highly recommend.

Perfect location

I love the Grove at Carolina park. It is in the perfect location. There are walking trails nearby. There are new businesses including a cute coffee shop that are being built in walking distance. I barely hear any noise- not even the construction occurring behind the complex or adjacent to the complex. Drayton is a wonderful property manager and always trying to improve the property. Drayton has been receptive to suggestions from residents such as power washing the porches/outside areas. He truly cares about this property and it shows.

Great Complex

Everyone is so friendly and the apartments are very new, clean, peaceful and pretty! Love the dog park and the spotlessly clean gym with two Pelotons and brand new equipment! Definitley worth the price!

The Grove at Carolina Park

-Glad that the spaces are WIDE. No walkways on barriers if parking in a middle space. Would be easier instead of walking around or walking through bushes. -Rarely use the amenities but they are great. -Wish that maintenance could clean the stairs/hallways because unfortunately people don't pick up after themselves. Also, more frequent power washing would be good. -Staff has been great since moving in and continues to be great. -You pay for quality so really can't "complain". -Location is great. -I think individuals forget that they have people living under them but sometimes it's beyond their control.
