It’s good living out here but the maintenance is not so good I’m still having problems with my refrigerator leaking water when my ice maker is on and my door still not so good trying to open and closing it

Decent but pricey

Good amenities pools, gym, rentable party house etc. A little on the pricey end likely due to the location as it's pretty easy to get most places from here.
