Worst Living Experience Ever!

Where do I begin? On December 3, 2018, I requested maintenance to inspect the water as to why it stains tub and when I wash whites even if I use bleach. No response and the record showed that the request was canceled. On July 2, 2019, MAA took money out of my account without authorization. Please bear in mind my lease terminated on July 2, 2019, and my new lease should have started on July 3, 2019. I was told that MAA always debits the account on the first of the month. I asked for policy to support this action, and was given the blanket response, "That's what we do." I was told that I would be provided the policy, but I never received any response from the Office or Corporate. On 9/3/2019, I called Corporate to voice my concerns about funds being debited from my account without authorization. Also, reiterated my concerns about the black stained stub, clothes, and believed that the black stains result from mold. I have noted mold on shower walls, shower curtain, tub, clothes in adjacent closet, and clothes in drawers. I am experiencing health issues and believe that these issues are attributed to the mold. I requested a call from Corporate and told that someone would reach out to me about my concerns. As of date, the resident has not received any response from MAA about her concerns. Also, there is a serious issue with loud music. I made several complaints to MAA to no avail. Also, I have witnessed dog poop placed outside in front of resident's doors, and the stairways are filthy. MAA has demonstrated a wanton disregard for the health, comfort, and safety of its residents; their only interest is the MONEY! Indeed, the worst living experience ever! I submitted this review on 3/23/20, No response! I am resubmitting this response on 3/30/20.
