The best apartments!

I have been a resident for over 5 years, I absolutely love the community. The office staff is amazing and the manager, Jessica, makes sure the residents are having a great experience. The apartments feel like a home, offers privacy, space, and some have been renovated. I heard that the fitness room, pool area, and clubhouse is being renovated, which is exciting news! I also like the socials. I would recommend Estates at Bellwood.

Great place to live

We planned to be at our apartment for only 6 months while we built our house. We were there almost a year. I love that it is more of a duplex than an apartment. It was very peaceful and quiet while we lived there. The staff was great to respond to the minimal issues we had. Highly recommend them.

18 years and still happy

I have lived here for 18 years and this apartment is the best in Greenville. It is as close as you can get to single family home. The townhouse style gives you a front door directly to your home, with reserved parking at your door. The patio has a big screened in porch and your windows allow complete view of the outside. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very nice. I have had no problems with management or maintenance ever. I'm moving out of state and I only hope I can find another apartment like this one. A good home for family and older tenants alike. A quiet, peaceful and safe community.
