Satisfactory but far from impressive

Leasing/Management Company performance was lacking from the start, and after 6 months hasn't improved much. After I signed the lease and sent my payment, everything was either e-mailed or texted to me. No one walked me through the property at all (even the first time). Availability and office hours leave a lot to be desired, especially if you commute to Greenville and have to leave early and don't get home until 6:00pm nightly (on average). Trying to reach someone by phone in the office is also "hit and miss". Property Maintenance/Management don't seem to monitor the property enough to see when general/community use areas or structures need attention. No community amenities (other than pool). No clubhouse or playground areas. When I asked about "bulk" trash pickup (once a month, etc.), I was told that it doesn't happen in our community, and I would have to haul anything like that to the dump myself.
