Three Rivers Apartments

One of the best places I have lived. Small but quaint. It is fairly quiet except for some tenants coming home with loud music blaring. It is kept up very nice, the staff is very outgoing and friendly. The units are clean and kept up very nice. Prices are a little steep but not unreasonable.

My Life At Three Rivers

I love living here at Three Rivers Apartments. The Managing and Maintenance Staff are very friendly, warm and accommodating. Maintenance issues are performed in a timely manner, the landscaping is kept very nice, neighbors are friendly and very little noise with the exception of all the wildlife in the area. Wonderful place to call home!

2 Years and Counting

I've been living at my unit for approaching 2 years. For the price, the size, and the sweetness that is both Jan and Carol, and the maintenance crew, you really can't beat it. The complex is dog friendly, with a fenced in dog park and poop stations everywhere. I plan to stay here until I've outgrown the space. Only minor negative is that parking can be a bit congested on weekends, but this isn't frequent nor all that problematic. I recommend this complex to literally EVERYONE (friends and decent humans), and will continue to do so.
