Comfortable Apartment Living

I have been in the community since November 2022 and overall I'm pretty satisfied. The units are a little older as evidenced by some of the fixtures in the units, but they're very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and responsive. My only frustrations have been parking, maintenance, and the windows in the units. Parking is an issue in several area of the community; we would really benefit from assigned parking (even if was a set of spaces assigned to a certain row of units) and for the management to audit the vehicles to ensure people aren't parking more vehicles than they're supposed to. As far as the maintenance department, they're all very friendly, but for one issue in my unit I had to submit 4 different work orders to get the problem fully resolved; its atypical to have to do this, but sometimes it does happen. The windows in all the units are in desperate need of replacement; they're all clearly original to the buildings which are more than 20 years old. Most of my windows barely open & close without putting great force into it, and you can clearly feel air leaking through the windows as they're just too old to keep it out & I'm pretty sure aren't insulated either.

It was okay for the price

It was okay for the price when we moved in, definitely not worth the price increase this year. It constantly smells of marijuana in our apartment from neighboring apartments, we had AC issues the day we moved in and was ongoing until the AC unit finally died in the middle of the summer, leasing is okay depending on who you deal with. Everything is very outdated and nothing was really cleaned before we moved in. I would not recommend it for the price of rent now.
