I love living at Land Bank! Location is great, but I do wish we had access to more amenities than whats provided for the amount we pay. Maintenance is always on top of it and I personally have never had an issue. Lisa is a great property manager and is always there to help in any way she can.

Great location, but luxury may be a stretch

I love the location and the history of the building. The building was sold recently. The new staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, but since the sale, there have been added fees that are non-negotiable and since the new company is using a service for utilities, utilities have gone up over 50+ dollars monthly. Also, there was a time when this building was promoted as offering luxury apartments, but the hallway floors are unfinished and dusty, the stairways are filthy, and the doors in stairways are in need of repair.
