Sweet at first

Sweet at first! When i first moved in I loved the place, the staff, and maintenance was great. Once I hit a rough patch in life, the fees went crazy and the staff changed I was ready to go! The staff and an old staff member are ready to apply large fees for inconvenience payment issues to them, they get rude when you don't want to renew your lease. When i bring up the maintence status of my apartment, I was told I was just bringing things up that had nothing to do with the over large fee I was being charged. When the maintenance staff change things take forever to get fix. My dishwasher & sink always drain into my downstairs neighbor ceiling. A month after renting the wash n dryer it stopped working, yet they still charged those fees. The little fees you wouldn't pay attention to when paying your rent on the app keep going up. Don't let the trash that you pay for every month get stopped up, that's gonna be an eye sore for a whillleeeee. The pool is neverrrr cleaned. They never clean the fireplace or do pest control yet there always email regarding that. The emails regarding your lease you never see, yet you will get alerts everyday about leasing office breakfast party, etc every day. And don't even try to talk to the corp office they are just as rude as the people in the office. All they care about is unfair fees if you try to move out and threaten to throw any and everything on your credit. The busy area is more of a plus then the actual apartment.

Been living here for almost a year

There needs to be some improvements made with our staff. When I comes to memory &/or reminders the staff needs major help with that there has been a few times where I need to pick up a package & I recieve a phone call saying its in the office I go to get it & no one recalls. Not only that but in the past a workorder I placed didnt get handled for serval weeks & if it wasn't for me being on top of it I would have been forgotten. The complex is getting small improvements but I never have parking in front of my building some people have more than one car & take up all the parking spots not leaving spots for the neighbors including myself. Last but not least why is the complex rent $1600 & the complex next door $1100 thats a huge difference not to mention the fact that we also have to pay for water and electricity on the side.
