Great Apartment Complex

We particularly love the maintenance and office staff. They are thorough, swift, happy to help. We think we are in a great location for West Ashley but still feel safe and tucked away. Definitely recommend Harper Place!

Safe, wonderful and nice

Living at Harper Place is wonderful. They provide wonderful and useful amenities for residents to use. The location is perfect. The maintenance is excellent and very on top of everything. The office staff is extremely helpful and kind. The only issue I have honestly is the parking, there are a ton of people who park in here that do not have a pass displayed and the towing company does not check as often as they should. Most nights When I return home from work I can never park near my building. If there were anything they could improve would be the parking and trying to figure out more space for it. I would though parking issues aside highly recommend Harper place to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Harper Place

Apartments are really nice, maintenance is timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. Staff is helpful and available. Amenities are great. The pool is always clean and the gym is well stocked for most ellevels of exercise. Only complaint is that you hear everything from everyone above you, below you, and from outside. Thats part of apartment living of course but difficult for families with little kids.
