Mostly, Pretty Great

10 Westedge is about as good as it gets in Charleston. Access to a Publix downstairs is an unrivaled amenity in addition to the great in-building offerings (pool, grills, sundeck, gym, expansive lounge, coffee, etc). It's pricey, but so is everything in Charleston right now. Parking is $170/mo for two cars, but rarely is parking free downtown. Main problem is the noise. You'd think given the exorbitant rent levels and upscale building, apartment, amenities, you wouldn't have a problem with noise. And yet, on random weeknights you'll find MUSC/CoC/Citadel age kids carousing as loud as can be, yelling in the halls on a Tuesday, messing with on-going construction items, using the Sky Lounge as their own personal living room and leaving a mess in their wake.
