Choose from one of three different 1-bedroom luxury apartment floor plans (797 sq. ft.) – The Pinckney, The Bluffton, or The Beaufort – two different 2-bedroom luxury apartment floor plans – The Charleston (1005 sq. ft.) or The Indigo (1106 sq. ft.) – or our 3-bedroom luxury apartment floor plan – The Coosaw (1384 sq. ft.). Attached and detached garage spaces can be reserved for an added monthly fee. We’re also happy for residents to bring their furry friends along. Not luxury

A “luxury “ community with literally crab grass for landscaping. I have lived here since opening ( when there were literally 20 people that lived here) and I saw the contractors laying down what looked to me like Kentucky blue grass ( I could be wrong, I didn’t do so well in my required botany class) All of the grounds have seen a wretched decline. The ivy that was put down around some of the trees has regressed, and the empty space covered with pine straw. And that isn’t even taking into consideration the losses of trees, in order to make more parking spots. All of the grass, throughout the complex, with the exception of a tiny strip, that hangs on, ( who knows how or why) by the trash compactor, and the pet was stand right there, is invasive crab grass. I pointed this out to the property manager over 2 years ago, her response was, and i am quoting her to the best of my recollection, “even weeds have a right to live “ Since that momentous day, the crab grass has spread everywhere, and when they make new parking spaces, they TRANSPLANTED CRAB GRASS INTO THE NEW PATCH!!! So, I would warm anyone that is thinking about the Enclave as thier new home to think twice, and look around the property before you agree to a price.
