ft.) – The Pinckney, The Bluffton, or The Beaufort – two different 2-bedroom luxury apartment floor plans – The Charleston (1005 sq.
ft.) or The Indigo (1106 sq. ft.) – or our 3-bedroom luxury apartment floor plan – The Coosaw (1384 sq. ft.). Attached and detached garage spaces can be reserved for an added monthly fee. We’re also happy for residents to bring their furry friends along.

Greed is bad

Going into our 3rd year living here has now become a huge disappointment. The new management company is as impersonal as they are incompetent. For them to not only raise rents in a completely incomprehensible manner but to also force residents to pay for basic services that had previously been included in the rent plus pay for open parking spaces demonstrates a complete disregard for families wellbeing during the current economic recession we're in. The inability to hire and keep competent maintenance staff is a reflection on the poor quality of management that this company demonstrates.
