Updates are needed
The bathroom tub is plastic and is stained orange and there is mold. The floor of the tub is very soft and moves up and down when you are on it. Sounds like it is cracking. It definitely needs to be replaced. There are soft spots in the flooring. These are supposed to be luxury apartments but it seems to lack the luxury.

The pool has missing bricks, tiles, algae growing on the sides of the walls, broken concrete on the pool deck that is not marked so no one will hurt themselves.
