What others love about this property:

Wait list is one to two YEARS

I went to this property when I saw RentCafe had units listed as available. The office staff confirmed there is a 1-2 YEAR wait list as of 7/7/2022, as with properties like University Heights and everything else in RI. It seems nice enough from the outside, parking would be difficult if you have overnight visitors though.
