Communities everywhere use RENTCafé to manage the online leasing process and resident services (for example: rent payments, maintenance requests, etc.).

RENTCafé is a platform that provides communities and property management companies with websites that applicants and residents can use to submit their rental applications, sign their lease, pay their rent, submit maintenance requests, and much more. RENTCafé allows users with multiple profiles to be linked through a single email address.

You can register using a different email address that is not currently associated with a RENTCafé property. Click on Create a new account with a different email address.

Using one email address is a convenient way to manage multiple profiles with one account without needing to remember more than one email address or password - saving you time on tasks such as making secure online payments, submitting maintenance requests, checking your balance due, and much more. When you log in, you can choose which profile you want to use and toggle between the different profiles.

When access is no longer needed, the property management company will remove or deactivate their specific profile from your RENTCafé user account. This will not impact your access to other active profiles linked to your user account. The amount of time in which you have access to particular profiles will depend on that company's or property's settings.
