I should have mentioned the names of Office Staff and Maintenance: I initially dealt with Angela Paolini first who showed me the apartments and then processed all my paperwork. And she was very patient, helpful and comforting as was a very nervous stressful time for me. And with living here I have dealt with Debby and Peggy in the office for any questions I had. The maintenance guys Dave and Bob are awesome also. Also so helpful and prompt on any issues (not that I had many or anything drastic). And the system they have for any maintenance related issues is very effective. So hoping this is helpful to anyone possibly looking into Polo Run.

Awesome Staff

There is no particular reason for this review other than wanting to say how nice the Office Staff and Maintenance crew are. They are all pleasant, attentive, prompt on responding and if any issues need to be addressed they address. I have been a resident since June 2018 and I love it here. The grounds are kept so nice, it is quiet, clean and the residents are nice also. Those are the reasons why I chose this complex, mainly because in looking and searching for quite some time it actually came down to the Office Staff being so nice and helpful in my transition to apt. life. I looked at many complexes and have to say the Office Staff were not so nice and/or helpful. And I also chose because of it being so quiet, clean and spacious. Is a very safe place and you feel safe. The tennis court, pool and gym are also very appealing. So with my long hard searching it brought me to here and I hope to continue here with the ones that decided my decision to choose Polo Run.
