first time renter

I have lived here for 2 years. I like the location and the individual entrance doors without a communal hallway. I have a handicap parking spot so that is never an issue for me. I am close to shopping and my family which is convenient. I think there should be more "preventive maintenance" to the buildings. The carpet in my unit is probably original and crinkles when you walk. The gas hot water heater & furnace have never been cleaned since I moved in and make loud noise when starting. I have checked with gas furnace repair people and they have advised it is best to clean yearly. The rain gutters are so clogged it is like a waterfall when there is a heavy rain. Maybe I wouldn't notice these things if I hadn't been a home owner for 49 years prior to moving here. The leasing agent and maintenance guys are all very nice and as helpful as they can be.

Very nice well kept. It does take a while before a staff member gets back to you. Ive lived ther for 8 years my microwave handle broke off 7 years ago and im still waiting for a replacement.
