From the time I showed up right after getting my key, my apartment has been nothing but a disappointment and things that were never taken care of. The property manager could care less and so could the person I called. At Solomon. The exception is Karla and Don.

Been happy with my apartment all 1000 sq feet of it. A little disappointed that the staff won’t put together gatherings for the renters . For example a end of the summer gathering or halloween fun party for the kids in the neighbor .Or a meet and greet taco night. But I realize every manger are different.

I had no idea when i applied for the apartment that i was respibsivke for sewer , trash, pest control ,or water in addition to the monthly rent.
