We love our pet residents! All pets must be registered with management and a pet addendum completed at lease signing. Resident agrees to $30 pet rent per month for each pet and agrees to follow the terms and conditions presented in the Pet Addendum. The following breeds are prohibited, Pitt Bull, German Shepherd, Doberman Pincher, Chow and Rottweiler. We only allow cats and dogs. Walnut Capital reserves the right to add and/or delete to this list at any time. We allow both cats and dogs and have a weight restriction of 100 pounds per animal. There is a two-limit pet per apartment home.

McKenzie and Marisa are superstars

I put a request in for a fruit bowl on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning there was a huge fruit bowl filled with all kinds of organic fruit. The management (Marisa and McKenzie) genuinely care and always are on their A game. They even remembered my name even though I didn't sign it on the request- to me that means a lot. Us tenants are lucky to have them are so is Walnut Capital.
