The property manager is still figuring out how to perform her job after 2 years in the position. With a bare bones staff, idle threats are issued for parking and pet waste violations while maintenance is neglected or done poorly. There is a $25 mandatory “valet trash service” that leaves the building hallways smelling like garbage 4-5 days a week as well. However, it IS close to downtown, highways and loads of parks/hiking trails which is nice. It could be a really great property with the right staff.

I'm super happy with our 2 bedroom. We can walk pretty much anywhere comfortably but we don't have the commotion right outside. It's really peaceful and all the residents are friendly so far. Love the staff. Pricing is pretty great but maybe missing some amenities nearby competitors would have for similar pricing. That being said, in-unit washer/dryer is great. Personally love the renovations and style.
