My experience has been great living here the u ita are great the amenities that come with is awesome washer drywr and dishwasher microwave we have off street parking the the staff and maintenance are on pont i been here almoat 5 years and have no plans on going anywhere

The location is not the best because there is often police activity, although the school is directly across the street. Parking is only ok if you have a spot in the garage; not everyone has a spot. The staff are some very rude individuals and the management is even worse. It is rare that they will fix anything, unless it is an emergency (and even then they are going to come at the latest time possible,) Having central air and a washer and dryer is a perk, but they increase the rent by hundreds every year and add fees (like the water fee) that no one has even agreed to. Imagine randomly being charged a bill in the middle of the lease for something that has never been charges for the past 3 years prior.

Beautiful place horrible 2 really horrible tenants

This building is no nice and the apartments are beautiful however somwmof the tenants dont control their children they smoking in thw building climbing on up the balconies to get in and they have zero respect, the staff dont really know anything except when your latw on your rent other than that just stay in your dwelling because at this pint this place has turned into a complete zoo since I moved in

I have lived here for the past 3 years and it is clear that this place is not the best. They have selective rent increases and can not explain what they charge you for, you just have to pay it. They have children in the hallways of all types of hours smoking weed and the front door is broken every year for at least 7 months before it is fixed, then only stays working for about 3-4 months. The do not keep up with extermination and they lie about when they will be coming out, with no explanation. Can you imaging staying home all day for an inspection just for no one to arrive or even schedule a new one. Don't get me started at how hard it is to get in touch with the rental office. If you visit, you will see so many notes of tenants who are trying to get in contact, but can't. Not worth it, at all.
