Pricey, but worth it

Living here is great. The noise level is amazing and we have residents above and below us. The amenities are very awesome and the staff have been incredibly friendly. My only thing I wish they'd improve is adding just a few more machines and pieces of equipment to the gym.

Living here has been somewhat disorganized. The application process took so long because the leasing agent I worked with was not very organized. Management also changed pretty early on into my move so a lot of things are up in the air (parking garage situation, especially, as people sneak into park in the parking garage…). Overall, amenities are kind of clean and I’m happy with my unit.

Needs Improvement

I have lived here for almost a full year. I have a dog and was expecting more from the dog run amenity. Also, there are hours of operation on amenities that were not advertised during the tour. The pool gets green and is very small for the amount of residents that want to use the space during the summer.
