Decent

Beautiful property but the walls are incredibly thin, and the entire property smells like weed 24/7. Some neighbors are great and others are disrespectful and play music at all hours of the day and night. The apartment itself is beautiful and everything is brand new; you won’t find another apartment this good looking for this price in Manayunk. No parking but there’s always easy street parking at any time of the day. Overall a good place to live as long as you’re lucky enough to share walls with respectful people.

good enough vaue for the $, but not perfect...

New building with modern updated appliances. Area has limited street parking and the property does not have enough parking to give a spot to each unit (seems shortsighted from a design/planning perspective). The walls are a bit thin but not to the point where it is unlivable. Property manager and maintenance staff are responsive and seem knowledgeable.

Need More Designated Parking

Is there any way the parking lot could be extended in the back? Especially with the new apartments coming right next door the street parking situation is going to start to get hectic. Just last week one of my friends cars got broken into right down the street overnight. He had to park very far from the building and his wallet, car chargers, and a couple of things were stolen. They busted right through the window and if there was more designated parking it could have definitely been avoided.
