Low quality built

I love living in this apartment and the area, but the only problem we have is that the wood flooring seemed to be cheap and it felt like the apartment was built in a rush. The wall paint can be easily removed when something spills on it and you try to wipe it, the paint comes off as well. In addition, I think for the bathroom it would be better if the sink cabinets would not be made of wood because from our experience living here, they easily chip or have damage because of sometimes water spillage near the sink. As well as changing the flooring of the bathroom into tiles would be better and best for the long run in my opinion.
