great location for students

In my experience living at this residence as a new student at Temple, I can say with confidence that the location is ideal! Police constantly patrol the surrounding blocks, and the noise level is not bad at all (however commotion will be hearable regardless if you live in the city). It is a predominantly student-filled block, which is nice in terms of making connections with neighbors.
