Beautiful building w killer views
Great location, amazing staff, and beautiful brand new renovation. The apartments are bright and airy with awesome high ceilings that make the apartments feel bigger. Killer views from almost every apartment especially south facing are totally unobstructed center city views of city hall and both of the Comcast Towers! The staff are all so friendly and accommodating and the roof deck is fantastic. There is almost zero noise transfer between units with the brick walls and thick concrete floors. The living areas of most units are quite small and limited options for furniture placement due to the wall of windows and the wall for the kitchen. Lastly the units are a tad pricey for the sizes unless you can score any incentives from the management. The building has a garage on the ground floor inside the building which opens right into the lobby and elevators, but the garage is extremely cramped and difficult to fit anything much bigger then a midsize car/small suv. Overall great place that I’m happy with and definitely recommend!
