Best bang for ur buck for Apts in the area
I have lived here for like 4 or 5 years. As far as nice and clean Apts in the area go, Park Drive Apts is the best value for what u get. One thing I really dislike is the process the management uses for water and sewer bill. U end up paying double the amount you should! The management gets billed for it, and then they turn around and send u a bill for double that! It's all a money racket! But other than that, it's as good as u are gonna find in this area.

This apt complex is the best bang for your buck that you will find in this area. Management is good about responding pretty quickly to requests for repairs and maintaining lawn, but could be more proactive on doing general preventative maintenance, and routine periodic pest control.
