Love it, Just Renewed, few minor notes!

I wanted to start with a few minor areas of concern as I generally love it here and have really good things to say. 1) when we initially moved in in Sept 2023 it was clear the apartment was not inspected prior to releasing keys. There was severe water damage in the 2nd bathroom that took way too long to resolve and left us with a hole in that ceiling. 2) there is no real property manager or clear point of contact since the original person left. 3) With no designated resident parking, depending on the type of businesses that end up downstairs, I am concerned with the parking. Although its great now! Our apartment is great and we just recently renewed. Love that they added a dog park and another new fire pit. Friendly community, and I am excited to see what business go in the spaces downstairs. Gregg from maintenance is THE MAN! Location is perfect. Overall definitely recommend it here!
