Maintenance don't never answer the phone, Still waiting on a blind that I need replaced going on 2 years. Garbage disposal still doesn't work well, Been trying to get them to fix that for over 2 years. And the noise from the neighbors forget about it, The noise from the outside I can deal with.
Parking is bad due to the business below & at end of block
I have made many calls to the office and maintenance about some issues I have in my apartment I have not received any calls back . When I renewed my lease a paper was sent with it to fill out what was wrong in my apartment. I did so and still nothing from Branywine or there maintenance department. I have even sent a email to 2 different people in the office back in January and its now April and have not heard anything from Brandywine at all. I Mail the same email out last week waiting to hear from them . NOT A VERY HAPPY TENET.. BRANDYWINE NEEDS TO GET BETTER AT THE MAINTENANCE ISSUES..

All is well, I am very comfortable here. Only problem is that I can't seem to get maintenance to come when I need them, I understand it might be a busy time. But 3 weeks is unacceptable. And we're having problems with employees downstairs parking in resident parking.
