Everything was ok till signing of the lease was told one price lease says something else still not corrected, then you get funding from an outside source they can't get the credits right but try to go for eviction, then I had to get code enforcement involved for them to move or do anything or respond and hire an attorney to make sure my lease is correct and pictures I took get corrected because I be damned I move out and they try to hold on to my security deposit and speaking of that they never added my security deposit to my ledger and its a company that they use which is Jetty bond that pays them to help you move in also beware you still have to put money down even though they use a company named Jetty bond to help you move in.
Monthly Pet Fee: $25.00. 30lb Limit. Non-Aggressive Breeds Only.
