The property is going downhill. Outside maintenance is not kept up. Potholes, Cannot enptiy garbage on weekends, containers are full. Needs painted. Inside, Water heater has broken 3 times in 2 years. Hole in celling from water damage - 2nd one. 1st took over a year to get fixed. 2nd one is still open. They cannot keep good maintenance workers. A lot of extra charges added to the rent.

It’s going on a year since we moved into this neighborhood. Overall I have no complaints!! They keep the community well maintained. The residents are very pleasant. The staff are very helpful! If something breaks or needs fixed or what not, maintenance comes right away! The only thing I don’t like is how you can hear your neighbors next door or they can you hear. But overall I’m pleased! Renewed our lease for another year!
