LOUD. Cheaply built. Small.

These apartments are the loudest I've ever experienced. You will hear EVERY step, every closed cabinet, every whisper from your neighbors next to, below, or above you. Not to mention the highways running right next to the complex. Prepare to be awaken by revving cars and traffic. The units are CHEAPLY built. The contractor cut SO many corners and the building inspector rubber-stamped these apts just to get them opened to meet a deadline. Loud Poor water pressure Cheap interiors Cheap appliances Narrow stairways Bathroom fans you CANNOT turn off (by design) Huge cracks and drafts around doorways Two bedroom units aren't actually 2-BDR (they removed the kitchen, so it's like a studio with 2 small rooms attached).
