Luxury Living in 300 Feet from Forest Park

We moved into Wilson Townhomes a year ago and just re-upped a 15 month lease. After touring apartments in NW, we walked in and thought to ourselves no way we can afford this place. All brand new fantastic appliances, beautiful reclaimed wood ceilings, stylish exterior. If you look at all your rental options in NW Portland, this in not only the nicest set of buildings but also the best value. Huge patio for grilling and summer entertainment, balcony off the master for quiet reading, plenty of parking, and zero noise from next door neighbors. If you're looking for a 3-4 bedroom place in a work from home world, this is the place for you.

GREAT LOCATION AND WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL STAFF

The Wilson townhomes are super nice, the location is perfect, close to Forest Park. The tenants are amazing and have built a nice and caring community. The units are well done, and beautiful - just a few funky things but maintenance is on top of requests and very knowledgeable and caring. I am quite happy with the neighborhood, the walking score and our place.
