Parking Security

I have been paying $125/month since I moved in in September 2019 to park in the small parking garage under the building. My truck and now a second vehicle have been vandalized in the last 3 weeks (rear windows broken out). Management has indicated that there is nothing that can be done, so what is the extra $125/month going toward? Some effort at additional security (cameras, noise sensitive alarms) should be made.
