Great boutique building, even better location

I love how charming the building is. The residents are super quiet but the outside bars are extremely loud in the evenings. I will say though that the location beats the noise. This is the most convenient spot in town! The building itself has little to no amenities however there is a dog bath & bike room which is nice. The patio is a little odd because although beautiful, it faces people’s apartments and that never sits well with me to fully enjoy myself out there. Overall, love the finishes in my apartment and I love my balcony! Its been such a pleasure living here.

Excellent location but..

For the amount that you pay in rent, you would expect there to be a little more space and a lot more amenities. However, you the location is perfectly nestled into Nob Hill so you can walk anywhere in NW and you have everything you need within minutes. Having covered + secured parking is also a huge plus. Maintenance gets the job done but I wouldn't say they are overly friendly. Overall, it is a beautiful apartment in a great location, but I would not call it a "luxury" building despite the luxury pricing.

Great Location

I have lived in the Almr apartments about 8 months and it has been a good place to live overall. The location is great, cost is reasonable for the area, and the apartments are nice and quiet. Apartment maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner; however, the garage door has had some maintenance issues that has led to challenges with street parking on a few occasions.
