Could Improve

Neighbors above me roll around furniture all day, neighbors next to me have barking dogs that have separation anxiety. And this is 10:30pm. I’ve experienced loud bangs (like dropping of a dumbbell) that would wake me up at 7am. Tenants who move out/in don’t know how to properly dispose of their waste (mattress/furniture/tools) and it becomes a bother for us and management doesn’t act quick enough to resolve it. I do love the upkeep of the building, it’s built great and it’s clean. As well as the energy efficiency of the appliances - it’s hard to get W/D and parking these days under $1500. Great value if you can manage to fit your things in the small space. TLDR: If the tenants had better common sense about noise and waste management, it would definitely improve my experience.

Cool location, so-so quality and service

For a start, I do enjoy the location - with its nearby access to Alberta Park, pleasant restaurants and stores. It seems to be a mostly relaxed and charming area :) I would say certain amenities/building quality and services have been okay to disappointing. For isntance, make sure in advance that leasing staff informs you on how to get in the building if you've left your key card behind somewhere! The flooring and certain finishes in the apartment and the balcony being closed lately are also drab elements
