Ive lived at this location under 7 months now and it is a really great place to live. The managers are very prompt and they communicate very well whenever I have questions and concerns. The noise is relatively low, and I feel that this is a safe place for my two year old son and I to call home. Cheers!

While I find great pleasure in residing in this location, the parking situation presents a significant challenge. The cost associated with maintaining a vehicle here is exorbitant, making it difficult to justify car ownership. Furthermore, the process of addressing maintenance requests is far from efficient. These requests often take an extended period to be resolved, and there is a noticeable lack of follow-through. Additionally, the staff's response time to these requests or to paperwork completion is disappointingly slow

Very well managed building, and I love the interior colors and my apartment. Only thing is it's downtown, so of course noisy, but I close the windows and am ok.
It’s a decent place
So far all the neighbors and staff have been friendly. It can be a bit loud in the halls but not once youre in the apartment which is nice. It stays fairly clean always and there have not been any package stealing incidents!
Alright for location and price
Living here has been pretty chill so far. Most of the neighbors are nice. For the area in which it is located it doesn't have too many issues as far as transients and homeless. Having a duel fob access is nice and the office personal are personal and helpful.
