Overall very satisfied

In the 5 months I have been at Brio Flats I've had nothing but a good experience. The staff is helpful and informative and get back to you 90% of the time (which is better than most places in my experience). Maintenance is very helpful but it can take them some time to get back to you. The price is a little high for a studio apartment but living near downtown Portland you get what you pay for in a safer/quieter neighborhood. If there are two things I could recommend to 5th Avenue/ Brio Flats, it would be to have daily cleaners for the hallways, lobby and elevator and possibly add in some more amenities like a gym or something on the roof where residents could gather and be more of a community.

expensive for small apts but you're paying for the location. the apts are nice, modern, clean, w huge windows which i love. staff is friendly and helpful.
