I've been living here for a few months now and so far, have had no issues. I appreciate that the apartment is kept clean most of the time. I haven't ran into any issues yet with any neighbors or management. I wish the amenities and parking were better.

Nice so far . Parking is not as bad as I thought. You might have to walk down or uphill with your groceries. Rent is kind of high but where is it low ?

Much more quiet than expected

Surprisingly quiet despite the location. Apartments are well insulated and block out the sounds of nearby streets and freeway. The apartment manager, Devon, is awesome - made me feel right at home after 40 years in the country.
