Peaceful, Friendly, Responsive
I have lived here for just over three years. It is very peaceful here. The staff is friendly, the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues that may come up. There is an abundant amount of parking available. The current owners are doing some major renovations, including to the balconies and the parking lot. In my opinion, they have all the amenities I would need, minus a couple. For instance, a garage would be nice and perhaps a hot tub right next to the pool. The view of The Bluffs of the Willamette River is incredible, including the view of downtown Portland. I enjoy living here.
Will abuse you
This place has problematic management. They will ignore you and disregard your lease. You will end up getting shafted financially and they will add stress to your life. Neighbors smoke indoors and management will do nothing about it. Enjoy the second hand smoke and musty apartments.
