I've lived here for about a year now for the second time. My first experience (years ago) wasn't good at all, If I were to rate it based on back then, then it would probably get a poor rating maybe half a star. BUT... fortunately new management has taken this place and definitely gave it quite the make over it desperately needed. now instead of a nosy, strict, rules enforced landlord that didn't understand the meaning boundaries. There is a nice, but timid, easy going but stern when necessary landlord who doesn't butt into your business or get involved in any tenant - tenant conflict. I find this place when comparing to the complexes my relatives reside in quite serene. It's not too loud, there isn't a bunch of drama or violence. I hardly even see anyone outside which is nice. And my type of living.

My fiance and I have never rented before in our lives and were homeless for two years with our two toddler boys, when we got into Towncenter apartments we didnt know how this whole renting thing worked but the managment and all the staff have been very helpful, and their maintenance gets everything done politely, quickly, and efficiently! Great quiet apartment complex, love it here!
