Property needs some tlc

The space in the units themselves is nice, but the layout of the living room leaves much to be desired. Add to the fact that the living room window is sealed shut is really stupid. The property itself is lovely, but the front units hear all the traffic and semis driving by are loud. The dumpster situation should really be looked at closer. I’m tired of bums dumpster diving at night, tearing open trash bags and always finding trash bunched up in the dirt plot in front of our living room window all the time because the wind picks up all the loose trash and carries it right to units 1-4 in the A building. I enjoy living here and for what we pay, it’s a really decent place.
