Review

Parking isn’t very good but it’s ok compared to other apartments. Maintenance is fairly timely and the guys are nice. Never have any issues with staff, all are friendly. I can always hear what my neighbors are doing and people walking the streets at night. I’ve heard a few fights and the cops have come, but apartments in general are getting bad. There is a gym but it’s never clean. Garbage is always over flowing. I’ve found weed and cigarette butts inside. Things that get left stay there for weeks. There are kids play areas but often too much poop around to let my daughter play. - This has been a lot better this last month though so hopefully some bad people moved or there’s a new system.

Should have moved here long ago!

I love Springwater Crossing. From the minute I showed up to apply, I just knew that this would be home for a long time to come. The townhomes are beautiful and spacious, the staff is delightful, maintenance is very fast and professional, and the amenities tie it all together and make it really feel like home. There's nowhere else I'd rather be.
