Provide entry notice

The only thing i would like to see added is that when inspecting are done and i can't be there. I never know if they came in or not. Just as a matter of courtesy it would be nice if they could somehow leave a note indicating they in fact did enter my apartment. For instance They could leave a colored blank card on the door clip to indicate entry. Just a thought, not a criticism.

I have lived here for seven years and find almost everything satisfactory. My apartment is two bedrooms with a nice deck. The apartment is on the Third Floor and is very quiet. The elevator is extremely helpful, I could not live here without it as I am unable to climb stairs. The Community Room is beautiful and inviting. The windows in the units are large and provide ample air and light. Overall, this is a nice place to live and I would recommend it to others. Some areas need cleaning like the Trash & Recycling Rooms and the elevator. The rent has gone up steadily over the years but appears to be reasonable compared to other apartment complexes. The Staff and Maintenance Personnel are helpful and usually able to respond to requests.

i love here

i love and recommend living here to people in my situation. i love fast maintenance, the deck, the quiet, the mail and trash indoors, the community room, the shuttle to stores, walking distance to world market, pet store, hair salon, claires jewelry, maurice clolthes, and more, great places to walk my rambunctious dog, i esp. love the doggie waste bins and doggie bags, il love how free from dog pooh are the lawns, and more, but i have to put in a maintenance order!
