Happy I found this place

I live a simple, quiet life. This place fits me perfectly. Canby and Carriage Court has become my home and I expect to finish out my days here.

Room for massive improvement

Noise and smell is awful all year round... The company on backside of complex has harsh chemical smells all year round.. 1 time bleach smell was so strong it made me choke and eyes water all day... Behind my apartment the next Apartments over have parties frequently and noise goes on to 1 am in morning all to often.. Maintence is never done after putting in 3 repair orders for same issue I gave up... Took over 2 years to get kitchen blind replaced for example .. I cant leave a message to my manager of complex because voicemail box is full and has been for months.. Needed to leave message that in home nurse fell on black ice in front of my walkway to my apartment at 10:34 am on 11/1/19 .. This is not how good business is run in my estimation...
